It also features a list of Chicago neighborhoods, the specific properties NSP has acquired or are under contract within them, and which of those are for sale or rent.
Request for developer qualifications
The City of Chicago and Mercy Portfolio Services issued a Request for Developer Qualifications in 2009 to solicit interest from for-profit and non-profit developers for the rehabilitation and sale of foreclosed properties. The deadline for submitting RFQs for participation as a developer in the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) expired on December 31, 2011.
